Directions
• Step 1 Use a whisk or potato masher to mash 1 cup of beans in a small bowl.• Step 2 Put a big, heavy pot with some oil on high heat. Add the chicken and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring periodically, until browned. Add salt, cumin, onion, celery, and garlic. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until the onion is transparent and soft.
Step 3: Include the mashed beans, stock, remaining whole beans, and chilies. up to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 3 minutes, or until the chicken is well cooked. Cream cheese should be melted when the heat is turned off. Serve with cilantro on top.
