These super easy to make keto brownies are very low in carbohydrates, fudgy and have a dense and creamy texture that melts in your mouth. To make brownies, we use almond flour, and they are much healthier than any paleo brownie you can find in the store.
In less than 40 minutes you have the perfect keto brownies that are the ideal companion for a cup of keto coffee or your favorite tea.
Ingredients for the recipe keto brownies
Brownies are one of my favorite keto desserts, chocolate and chewable. You will be surprised to discover that the ingredients we use are low in carbohydrates and very easy to find. You will need only seven ingredients low in carbohydrates:
almond flour
sweetener sweetened / paleo approved by keto
high quality dark cocoa
dark chocolate (99 percent would be perfect)
butter, grass fed to make the brownies healthier
eggs, to unite everything
a pinch of baking powder
Brownies are sugar free, gluten free and with some switches, you can also make them meet paleo.
How to make keto brownies?

All you have to do to make the perfect low-carb brownies:
Melt the chocolate and butter.
In a container, crack the eggs. Using your mixer, mix them for 1 minute.
Combine the dry ingredients and then add them together with the chocolate mixture on the eggs, using the blender.
Transfer the mixture to a pan and bake for 20 minutes.

Best Fudgy Keto Brownies
These chocolate heaven bites are dense and fluffy keto brownies made with almond flour. They are moist and have a rich chocolate flavor.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond flour
3 eggs at room temperature
12 tablespoons of softened butter
1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
2 oz. Of dark chocolate
3/4 cup of erythritol
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Align with parchment paper an 8x8 inch baking sheet that covers the bottom and sides.
In a bowl, mix butter and dark chocolate. Microwave for 30 seconds or let the mixture melt in a double boiler.
Meanwhile, combine the dry ingredients: almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking powder.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and beat them with the blender.
Add the butter and chocolate mixture and continue mixing.
Slowly mix the dry ingredients until the consistency of the brownie shake is obtained.
Transfer the mixture to the baking pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. Depending on the oven you have, the cooking time may vary. You will want to check the brownies from the 15th minute to make sure you are not exceeding them. The center should be slightly moist when touched.
Recipe notes:
This recipe produces 16 delicious servings of keto brownies, each serving 2g of net carbohydrates.
Make sure you use eggs at room temperature. The use of cold eggs will solidify the butter mixture.
You can add some nuts, such as crushed almonds or nuts to get some extra crunchy texture.
How many carbohydrates are there in keto brownies?
The recipe is very low in carbohydrates and has a divine flavor. It is the perfect cure for a sweet tooth in the ketogenic diet or any low carb diet.
One serving has only 2 g of net carbohydrates. Subtract the dietary fiber from the total carbohydrate count to obtain the net carbohydrates.
The recipe for keto brownie yields 16 generous servings that are also low in calories.

Can you replace the almond flour with coconut flour?
For this recipe and for the good texture, I do not recommend using coconut flour. Coconut flour absorbs the liquid very quickly and can end up with dry keto brownies.
